My Newest Painting "THE French Women"

This is my newest painting. I took me quite some time to make it. It is based on a drawing that I made a year ago. It represents a French women with incredible long legs. She is supposed to be inviting to I don't know what. But maybe you can think about something. I would love to sell it and make some one's place as special as this painting is. Every new painting shows me how much work and knowledge one needs to paint, to paint damn good, of course.

"HILLS OF ITALY"

Wine crops, hills, churches with crosses on top decorating horizon, and over it all bloody sky. 

"BEGGING FOR SOMETHING"

Dark night, some grass, some naked woman, some blue light. And she is begging for something. Maybe Starbucks was closed?

"FLOWER IN SOME HAIR"

2 years ago I saw this face somewhere and it captured me really, and there it is here, done by me.

"MY COUSIN OLA"

She is all grown up now. During my last visit in the flat where she lives with her parents, I made this colorful drawing. She was quite sick at the time I was drawing her. She had angina to be precise. That is why she needed a scarf around her neck. And it was that rich and soulful scarf that drew my attention, that made me want to put it on the paper, and dream I can keep some person on this sheet paper forever. In my intention was to capture the moment. That is all sometimes, the reality filtered by how I see it. The soul of mine that I don't have a talent to show in social life, wants to come out and be recognized. Well, everybody wants to prove something. I ain't no different, heh

"NICE BOAT TRIP"

Have you ever experienced a dramatic boat trip. This is how I imagined it once. Dark image with a big, angry fish on the right. Heh

"ALWAYS 2 FACES"

When I was living in USA, I discovered that people are quite different from the people that I knew from Europe, and that if not more, they have at least 2 faces. Not bad at all, just different, as there are different points of views.

"ON THE ROAD"

Long time ago, when I was feeling quite alone, I drew this funny and sad at the same time picture. A woman on the road with the head down and crowd of people behind her. Anyway, instead of bathing in my loneliness, I went to look for some friends that are not easy to find. Time will show if they are the right ones.

"SUN BATH"

It was still a cold winter evening. I was just waiting for my friend and thinking of a woman that all man would like. You know long legs, long hair, long nails, long heels. MMMMmmm heh

"AND HE SMOKED NEXT TO ME" - 03.08.2009

He was just siting next me at the bar. Some guy that is all I knew. But I took a good look at him and made him  to exist on the paper. I enjoy the impression of the winter evening that I spent in Wroclaw's "Kalambur" bar.

I go the idea from the leaf swimming on the water, and there was something on it.

WHAT IS MY BLOG ABOUT

I intend for this blog to be a place where I can present the results of my work. I love the feeling when I display my drawing or painting and I hear so many opinions from people. The speculations and the energy it takes to wonder about something that sometimes simple cannot be explained.

Anyway, I would like to announce that most of this drawings will become paintings very soon.

Painting that will look a little different and will be much more colorful.

I am open for any suggestions about my work. You can send them together with questions on my email. Drawings and paintings are for sale. The purpose of my work is to give to others, no matter what it would be the the works will bring into somebody's life. Something is better than nothing at all, after all.

THIS IS HOW I LOOK

Is very hard to start writing this blog, as i never did it before. The beginning must be then the hardest, but I have a great deal of things on my mind. I intend to pursue them, therefore it important to take a risk and start blogging, and hope for success and tones of new friends. That is what it is all about (I assume), heh. ( :
